Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Loch Partners ("we", "us") handles information for this website and for the mobile applications we publish.
This website
Our website does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not use tracking cookies. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request logs (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and secure the site.
Our apps
Our guiding principle is data minimization: our apps are designed to work without accounts where possible, store your content on your device, and collect the minimum needed to operate.
- Content you create (such as entries, preferences, and progress) is stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
- Diagnostics. If you opt in to Apple's standard sharing, we receive anonymized crash and performance reports through Apple to fix problems.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Where a specific app collects anything beyond this, that app's App Store listing and in-app privacy notice will say so clearly, and the App Store "privacy nutrition label" governs.
What we don't do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run third-party advertising in our apps.
- We do not use your content to train AI models.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you. We don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because our apps keep data on your device, deletion is usually in your hands — deleting the app removes its data. For anything else, email us and we will help promptly.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the date above.
